The new gallery of Polish Art of the 20th and 21st centuries is a journey along the timeline of the last decades - from the period of Young Poland to modern times. In the existing exhibition space, a direction of sightseeing has been set, which makes navigating the gallery very transparent and unambiguous. The mission of the chronologically composed route is to present, consolidate and organize the knowledge of art lovers about artists and their works in an accessible and friendly way. The tool supporting the educational nature of the exhibition is a timeline formally linked to pictograms and color markings of individual sections of the exhibition. The axis is a substantive complement to the content and content of individual departments, with the graphic location of a given period in art, in relation to the history of Poland and Europe.
